Prestbury Hall Bookings

Prestbury Hall has a joint music licence from PRS for music and PPL, which allows the performing of either recorded or live music inside Prestbury Hall.

A full stage is available for drama presentations or for live bands and discos. Seating is available for 120 people and for public meetings there is standing room for 199 people.

The hall is used as a polling station for elections and naturally cannot be booked during these events.

We do not have a license for the selling of alcohol but that can usually be obtained by users.

Zumba Fitness Classes

Hello! I’m Becky Clarke, and I live in Cheltenham, Gloucs.

I’ve been a ZIN™ Member since Jan 2014 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party!

I am currently licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba® Toning, Zumba® Kids & Kids Jr.

Prestbury Hall is available for hire during the day or evenings, accommodating up to 199 people standing or 120 seated. We have several different clubs who use the hall on a regular basis. Currently there is limited availability for other events but please note we are now unable to cater for children’s parties.

Prestbury Hall, Cheltenham is under the management of Prestbury Hall Users Group.

The group is a registered charity (Charity No 1108431) and consists of representatives of users of the hall as well as local residents who over see the management and running of the facility.

The Construction

Prestbury Hall is a building consisting of hall 9 metres by 15 metres with the main entrance at the east end with foyer, toilets, kitchen, office and storage; at the west end is a stage with dressing rooms either side.

The facility caters for all with disabled access and disabled toilets.

Parking for twelve cars is at the front of the building

Recently Refurbished

In the last few years the hall trustees have been able to obtain grants from Gloucestershire Environmental Trust, Severn Trent, Cheltenham Borough Council and local supporters which has enabled us to make significant improvements to the hall.

The roof has been refurbished and recovered, central heating has been installed, all the toilets have been upgraded and the kitchen has been replaced.
